  • Prepared bunches of fiber are then placed in the middle of the wire.
  • Then the bunch of laid fiber is twisted through the wire using a manual machine or an automated machine.
  • For a fine outlook, the coir portions are trimmed using a scissor or a trimming machine.
  • The long twisted fiber coil is then bent and locked using hands and small tools.
