- The dried and combed coir fiber bristle is first cut to the required size and shape to match with the type of brush.
- GI Wires of suitable gauges are prepared beforehand.
- Prepared bunches of fiber are then placed in the middle of the wire.
- Then the bunch of laid fiber is twisted through the wire using a manual machine or an automated machine.
- For a fine outlook, the coir portions are trimmed using a scissor or a trimming machine.
- The long twisted fiber coil is then bent and locked using hands and small tools.
